Whenever I face difficulty, I never rush headlong into decisions — and I never go complaining to anyone.
Because experience has proven: neither of those behaviors makes problems disappear. They only drag things out and drain you.
After countless battles, I’ve come to understand this deeply: life is simply a journey of solving one problem after another.
So when difficulty strikes, the most important thing is to cultivate stillness and resolve within.
Don’t scatter. Don’t panic. Don’t despair.
Take me, for instance. I’ll brew a pot of tea, watch the clouds drift past the window, and let my mind settle first. Then slowly, quietly, I work through it — thinking in stillness about how to break the problem apart and deal with it piece by piece.
Yes — you need to understand this.
In this life, what obstacle is there that truly cannot be crossed?
In the dead of night, burrow under the covers. Let the tears come if they must. Do a ruthless, honest review of your own foolishness and missteps — and commit to never making them again.
Once you’ve done the review, fall headfirst into sleep. Sleep until the world disappears.
Wake up the next morning, and it’s another day to fight.
It really is something.
Face any difficulty this way, and I’ll stake my word on it: 99.99% of the problems in this world will eventually be handled. Solved head-on, worked around, or quietly dissolved with time — one way or another, you will get past it.
Years later, looking back, it’ll be nothing more than a moment worth laughing at.
Tomorrow marks the start of another week. Just like me, you’ve got a pile of things waiting.
No matter. When you meet a mountain, carve a path. When you meet a river, build a bridge.
When the sky darkens, do a simple review. When the lights go out, let your mind go quiet. Wake up and begin again — reborn.
(If you have something on your heart that you need to say, leave it in the comments. I won’t make it public — I’ll simply listen quietly, and send you my blessings.)
