Wake up. Run through everything that must get done that day, then get to work on it promptly.
After that, eat the simplest of meals — a bowl of plain white rice, a plate of lean meat, some vegetables — and drink the clearest, plainest boiled water.
Then rest briefly. Browse something that genuinely interests you. And if you can pick up a long-neglected book and read it slowly, all the better.
As your meal settles and your mind grows still, prepare to move your body.
If you already have a fitness routine, throw yourself into it fully — feel the tearing and reforging of muscle. If you don’t, follow an online workout and slowly discover the sensation of your body opening up.
After working up a proper sweat, take a refreshing hot shower. Spend the remaining hours talking with family, then return to your book and read another quiet twenty or thirty pages.
Before sleep, sit cross-legged on your bed. Let your mind unwind, ease into meditation, and sink deep into the spring of thoughts rising from within — and into the energy (Chi) the cosmos is quietly transmitting to you.
When the meditation ends, close your eyes and fall into the tranquil valley of deep sleep.
Live a day like this, and you are in absolute peak form. 🌙
