Recently, extreme tragic events have been happening with alarming frequency — and I feel compelled to write a few words of personal reflection.
I don’t expect these words to change the world in any grand way. But if they can make your world even a tiny bit warmer and brighter, that is already the best outcome I could hope for. ☀️
1 — If you’ve been wronged or you’re feeling down, you’re welcome to share what’s on your heart in my comments section anytime. I may not reply, but I will silently send you my blessings.
I hope you remember: even if the entire world has abandoned you, I — Master Chi — still care about you. I will always listen quietly to what’s in your heart.
2 — In this lifetime, we are destined to keep running into all kinds of hardship. That’s completely normal — heaven is not singling you out.
When it comes, deal with it quietly. Don’t be too hard on yourself, and there’s no need to spiral into worry and regret. Everyone has their own difficult scripture to recite in this life.
3 — Don’t spend your days in anxious knots, and don’t pressure yourself into believing you must achieve something spectacular in this lifetime.
As long as you live within the law, stay grounded, and keep your feet on solid ground — even a plain, ordinary life is, in truth, the most blessed and perfect life of all.
4 — When things happen, you’re allowed to let your emotions run free for a moment. But never go to extremes — always hold onto your equilibrium.
The truth is, every single thing that feels like “the sky is falling” — give it three months, and it will have faded into nothing more than a faint, barely-noticeable scar.
5 — Stay far away from those who spend their days tearing you down, belittling you, and dismissing you. Don’t let them get away with calling it “tough love.”
Real help means helping you think through the logic of a situation and find a clear path forward — not trampling all over your self-worth.
6 — Don’t spend your days cooped up alone, and don’t mistake your phone screen for the entire world.
Push yourself to get outside — to parks, gyms, art exhibitions. Make time for badminton, basketball, running, or swimming.
We are human beings. We are also biological creatures. No matter how intelligent we are, we still need movement and sunlight to trigger the release of dopamine and endorphins.
7 — Honestly? I think you’re already remarkable.
Yes — you, the very person reading these words right now.
Because through everything you’ve been through — bumpy and bruising as the road has been — you’re still here, still pushing forward with gritted teeth, aren’t you?
I know you’re exhausted. But look at you — you’ve made it this far.
It’s okay. There will be more difficulties ahead. But we will always find a way around them, however winding the path.
So for now, just focus on what’s in front of you today. Eat when it’s time to eat. Sleep when it’s time to sleep.
Leave the rest to heaven’s design — the ending will be a good one. Trust that.
Don’t let the noise of small-minded people get to you. What kind of person you are — that is not theirs to decide. 🫂
