When you’re talking small purchases, you might save a few dollars. But on big decisions, that same instinct can save you hundreds of thousands — even millions.
Take several units in the same residential complex — they all look similar on the surface. How do you pick the best one? How do you avoid the hidden pitfalls?
In moments like these, men simply can’t be relied on. Men are often too careless.
That’s when the woman of the house needs to step in. She’ll look at this unit, wander through that one, huddle with a group of sensible, knowledgeable girlfriends and talk it all through. Then she’ll wear down the seller’s patience, negotiate the price, and even haggle over the furnishings.
It might not look glamorous — but what ends up in her pocket is real gold.
So among all the truly skilled property buyers I’ve encountered, women make up the overwhelming majority.
Men are better at talking the big talk. Women are the ones who walk away with the real gains.
