This article was written with special intention for my readers. The only cost is a quiet moment of your evening — yet what you stand to gain is knowledge that can fundamentally overturn your destiny: how to command better wealth fortune, a better marriage, and so much more. The higher game of life calls for exactly four essential capacities. Of course, the premise is that you genuinely belong — or aspire to belong — among the phoenix, snake, deer, or rabbit tier.

Mystical Chi

No matter how weak or dumb you think you are, never stop reading, watching, learning.

2. The Ability to Handle Your Own Emotions

“Failed, poor women all have extreme personalities” — this is the hard-won insight I’ve drawn from studying countless women. Put simply: the lower a woman’s station in life, the more she operates entirely on her own impulse.

These women rarely stop to consider consequences or impact. They just want to vent in the moment — not realizing this is a profoundly self-destructive form of stupidity.

What it truly means to control your emotions is this: endure what others cannot endure. Smile and laugh when others cannot find a single reason to smile. And above all, trace the source of your own anger, irritation, and jealousy — understand it clearly within yourself — then use reason to suppress and dissolve it.

3. The Ability to Navigate Relationships Wisely

Some people smile at you while twisting the knife. Others curse you out while wrapping a scarf around your shoulders. The world you live in is built entirely from human interaction — so you must learn at minimum how to protect yourself in social situations and respond with composure.

More importantly, learn how to cultivate goodwill widely. Let people feel genuine joy and warmth because of what you say and how you act. Only then will networks and resources begin flowing toward you.

4. Mature Resilience and the Capacity to Recover

In this life, to be free from material worry, two strokes of great fortune are enough — but before that, you will face every kind of hardship and failure.

In this life, to have a happy marriage, marrying the right person once is completely sufficient — but before that, you will be dazzled, misled, deceived more than once.

Even so — if the sky itself comes crashing down, don’t panic. You are not as fragile as you think. Cry for a little while, and then let it be enough. Don’t become one of those women trapped endlessly in pessimism — it’s a shadow that repels everyone around you.

Don’t be afraid. When you fall, don’t stay down. Get up. Adjust yourself gradually. Set out again sooner rather than later. Climb out of the pit early.

There is one more thing I hope you will carry with you always.

You must accept that in this life, each person carries their own heaven-ordained destiny and their own Chi fortune (气运).

Some people truly are born winners — a good birth, a golden start. But don’t envy them. I’ve seen countless such fortunate ones enter a steep decline in the middle and later chapters of their lives.

Others are destined for a hard beginning — every piece of bad luck landing squarely on them. Yet those who endure break through into a wide-open future. I’ve witnessed countless such reversals too.

No matter what your life looks like — I hope you never stop pressing upward. Upward. Always upward. Think carefully when problems arise. Don’t retreat from setbacks.

In the end, whether you are phoenix, snake, deer, or rabbit — an honor student of destiny — a woman of emerging promise — or even the humblest common sparrow — you can live far better than you do right now.

Getting better and better — those four words hold my greatest hope for you.
