So I will always remind my female readers: stop spending the bulk of your days tangled up in the drama of love and romance. Even when that romance looks exciting, electric, and deeply entangled — at its core, it is quietly draining your Chi (vital energy) and depleting your strength.

I have read the life patterns (格局) of so many people. I can count on one hand those who, still consumed by romantic obsession past thirty-five, manage to have smooth fortune and a smooth life.

And a truly good match, at its core, always carries a certain honest simplicity.

Regardless of gender, a truly good partner is reliable, grounded, doesn’t stir up trouble, and has none of that scheming, calculating mentality.

When living together, they may have plenty of flaws — but at least they give you peace of mind, and you can sleep soundly at night beside them.

As for my female readers, I have one more thing to say: stop chasing that ideal of being pale, thin, and perfectly delicate. That look may be pleasing to the eye, but it cannot withstand life’s storms — the cost is too high.

More often than not, those who appear exquisitely beautiful on the outside carry the most tortured and difficult destinies.

Master Chi would far rather see every female reader radiating with abundant Chi, carrying a slight fullness of prosperity, healthy and full of drive.

Able to eat well. Sleep soundly. Keep no petty worries lodged in the heart. And just stride forward boldly — head high, chest out, without looking back.

That is the kind of woman who plays the hand of destiny best.
