Who I Write For

When I write, I have a default reader in mind — someone I’m writing to. In most cases, that person is a young man or woman who loves learning, works hard to better themselves, and genuinely believes that effort can change their destiny. Someone like that usually isn’t in terrible financial shape. And even if they are right now, they won’t stay poor. In other words, my default assumption is that the people following me will keep improving over time — which is why I sometimes share things that may be slightly beyond where you are today. (I’ve already watered it down considerably.)

The Cold Truth About Marrying Up

Many things are difficult simply because there’s no one knowledgeable enough to walk you through them step by step. The challenge of “marrying up” is no different — there are secrets to it. Let’s talk about this tonight. Honestly speaking, people today are both smarter and more pragmatic. Who wouldn’t want a lifelong partner who is reliable, capable, and has real prospects? So I genuinely understand those readers — men and women alike — who hope to achieve a leap in life through a good marriage.

The Hard Truth About Employment: What Your Boss Will Never Tell You

If you’re a working professional living off a salary, today’s message is one you absolutely need to read carefully. Because these are words your boss would never say to you. Only your noble benefactor (Gui Ren) would be willing to offer you this kind of counsel — provided, of course, that you’re fortunate enough to encounter one at that level. Let me start with this: over the years, my personal circle of friends has almost no one left who still works a regular job.

The Simple Truth Heaven Wants You to See

Tonight I only meant to have a casual chat with you. But when I finished writing, I was surprised to find the whole piece carries a quiet thread of Zen wisdom — an almost ethereal quality. I think this may be a sign that Heaven, in its mysterious way, also wants you to see this. Even if what follows reveals a simple yet vast heavenly secret (天机). Not long ago, I took the time to look back over all the brothers and sisters I’ve guided over the years — a straightforward review. And I arrived at a remarkable conclusion:

Only the Weak Compete.

Only the weak compete. When do we need to compete? When there is no meaningful difference between you and others, you can only fight over limited positions through competition. Put bluntly: whether you win or lose is, to everyone else, completely irrelevant. You may be slightly better than others, but that margin isn’t enough to set you apart. Among the resources a person possesses, background, appearance, and talent are the most “important” — and not in the sense that no matter how hard you grind, someone who coasts on their looks will still beat you.

Stop Scrolling. Start Reading.

I was searching for something on a video site when the homepage threw career advice content at me. Curious, I clicked on a few. After a few moments, I felt genuinely unsettled. How do I put this? It was like sitting in a restaurant and watching the person next to you eat excrement. They haven’t done anything to you, but just having them nearby makes your skin crawl. The internet feels completely surreal to me these days.

Real Estate, City Stratification, and the Decisions Most People Get Wrong

1 - The sheer volume of real estate policies that core cities have released in this period is itself proof of one thing: a sweeping, fully-formed consensus has been reached, and a new wave of prosperity in the real estate sector is being pursued as a serious, concrete goal. Objectively speaking, with a consensus this powerful and a direction this clear, “failing to pull it off” is simply not a realistic outcome.

What You Dwell On, the World Returns

I’m not entirely sure why, but many readers find that once they become familiar with my work, their lives start improving — steadily, and often noticeably. My best guess is this: the content here has always been positive, always full of good energy. As the old saying goes — what you dwell on will find its echo. If a person can consistently take in good wisdom and content full of light, then over time, they will inevitably develop a more positive inner state — and begin receiving more and more positive feedback from the world around them. Life, in turn, keeps getting better.

Stop Overcomplicating It — The Only Path Up Is Inner Mastery

Let me say something that might sting: mediocre, ordinary people have a habit of making both “rising up” and “making money” far more complicated than they need to be. The path upward is genuinely simple. It has exactly one core principle: devote yourself completely to building your inner mastery. Take my own life as an example. My daily existence is as stripped-down as an ascetic monk’s. I do five things every day: earn money, train my body, learn, review, and maintain relationships. And for each one, I push for a small, visible gain before the day is over.

The Quiet Rise: True Wisdom vs. Low-Level Victories

Let me share a little-known secret with you. Women in the middle and lower tiers of life often make a particular mistake: they tend to mistake the girl who’s “quick with a comeback, sharp-tongued, and full of scattered ideas” for someone who possesses genuine wisdom. But from my years of destiny reading (命理) experience, this type of woman is actually the least likely to break through — and the most prone to that painful situation where she’s been fighting fate tooth and nail for years, yet can’t see any real progress.
