These past couple of days have been quite busy — so busy that I haven’t even had the time to write a proper mid-length piece. Honestly, it’s a bit helpless. On one side, business matters need coordinating; on the other, a friend’s real-world troubles need my support. There’s no way around it — that’s just life.
But in those stolen moments between obligations, a few small reflections managed to surface.
This isn’t a formal content update. Think of it as a late-night heart-to-heart, or a small greeting between close friends.
Of course, if one or two of these thoughts offer you something useful — or spark a sudden flash of clarity — that would be all the better.
★ - In times of great grief, don’t bare your heart. In times of great rage, don’t argue. In times of great joy, don’t make promises.
★ - When your direction is right, walk steadily, grit your teeth and keep going — good outcomes will come.
★ - Growth, wealth, and rising in life — none of these great gifts arrive in a frenzied sprint. They come quietly, in silence, slipping into your grasp when you least expect it.
★ - Candid, free-spirited, magnanimous, positive — a warmth as bright as sunlight, paired with an optimistic and vital energy for life. These qualities are far more attractive than thin, surface-level good looks.
★ - From a long view, the hardships, detours, twists, and low points in your life are all part of the path forward. Yes — even when you’re facing a downhill stretch, as long as you keep moving, you are still advancing.
★ - Where in this world is there work that is dignified, elegant, and profitable? In any industry, building real wealth means the process will inevitably run through blood-red, deep grey, and pitch black.
Dignified and elegant? That’s just the story you tell others once you’ve made your money and have enough capital to polish your image.
★ - Truly efficient action isn’t burning yourself to the ground when your body is on the verge of collapse. It’s the ability to convince yourself to stop, rest, and enter a state of genuine recovery — and to do it quickly.
★ - If you’ve been feeling inexplicably irritable and anxious lately, it’s either because you haven’t made money, or because you haven’t built the ability to make money. Everything else you might blame is simply a downstream extension of these two things.
★ - In my entire life, I have never seen someone with a people-pleasing personality amount to anything great. They tend to bathe in the praise of those around them, only to gradually become the expected blood bank, wallet, and errand runner for everyone in their circle.
★ - Truly sharp people are always decisive. They never waste others’ time, and they don’t let others drain them. Business is business, profit is profit — that’s how it should be. The one thing they will never do is wrap feelings around a matter and muddy the waters.
★ - May your inner knots unravel. May you be free from worry. May all things flourish. May your bones be reforged. May your past be washed clean, your mind set firmly on what lies ahead — and whatever comes your way, fortune or hardship, may you ride through it all.
