If you’ve had the misfortune of testing positive too, don’t try to tough it out. With things the way they are right now, nothing you do is going to make much of a splash anyway — so you might as well rest completely and let your body recover properly.
Also, make sure to drink plenty of slightly cooling tea over the next few days. Chrysanthemum tea and honeysuckle flower drink are both excellent choices — deeply nourishing, and especially helpful for clearing heat and supporting your recovery.
