Renowned Chinese wisdom teacher sharing timeless insights on wealth, destiny, Feng Shui, BaZi, and the art of living well.

When people are young, they tend to hold an unshakeable belief: that they should sacrifice everything — for career, for money.

That belief isn’t wrong, exactly. Money really is the single most effective tool for solving problems in this world.

After all, once you have tens of millions, even hundreds of millions — what difficulties could life possibly throw at you?

But if you’ve ever truly made serious money, you’ll understand: in this world, to receive its rewards, you must bear its weight.

Tens of millions, hundreds of millions in wealth — it’s never just a beautiful string of numbers. Behind it, there are always heavy chains and burdens: responsibility, risk, pressure, and the constant envy and scheming of countless others.

All of that eventually coalesces into a force working against you — pressing relentlessly from every angle.

If you have the strength to hold it, you hold it. If you don’t, you will lose it. But either way, great wealth invites frequent trials. That is simply the way things are.

At the same time, Master Chi hopes you understand: the most comfortable life is not one that’s seized through struggle — it’s one that comes after you’ve thought things through.

I still remember a reader asking me: “Master, in your view, what does the most beautiful life look like?”

My answer was simple: meaningful work to keep you occupied, a small home to return to, parents still with you and in good health, two or three genuine friends to share easy conversation, the ability to eat what you want when you want it, a quiet drink now and then — and just enough savings to cover the basics.

That is enough. Truly enough.

If you have that kind of life right now, I can tell you with full sincerity: you are already living like the immortals. Learn to cherish it.

Tomorrow is the weekend — get outside, soak up a little sun. Rest days are meant for exactly this: letting the good things — dopamine, endorphins, serotonin — fill you up. That’s the only way we’ll be ready to get back to the grind next week.

Doesn’t that make sense? ☀️
