As you know, I’ve been in recovery lately, so I haven’t been writing long pieces. With the extra time, I’ve been reading more, relaxing, resting, and occasionally visiting friends.
After making several rounds of visits, the business and wealth insights I gathered weren’t what stood out most. The deepest takeaway was simple: we absolutely must drink more clean, plain warm water.
Yes. Just warm water.
Why?
Because warm plain water contains no impurities or additives, it does an excellent job of reducing blood viscosity and supporting healthy metabolism.
Especially if you can do what I do — drinking about a liter and a half of warm water throughout each day — you’ll notice clear improvements in your heart, your circulation, and your skin quality.
Stick with it for a while, and you’ll feel noticeably lighter and more at ease.
Of course, I’m not saying you should give up other drinks. Tea, coffee, milk, soy milk — all fine in their place.
Just don’t use them as replacements for plain water. Over time, relying on those instead will inevitably take a toll on your liver and kidneys.
If warm plain water feels too bland, try adding a small amount of organic chrysanthemum, wolfberry, hawthorn, or roasted barley. (Make sure you’re buying from a reputable, trustworthy brand.)
Just a pinch in your warm water gives it a gentle fragrance — and suddenly it becomes much more pleasant to drink.
