Everyone has felt the weight of this year in their own way. There’s no point saying much more about it.

But warmer days ahead — that much is certain. It just won’t happen overnight. The transition needs time to unfold gradually, giving everyone a chance to mentally prepare, and giving society and the healthcare system time to get ready as well.

The truth is, the bigger the ship, the more time and preparation it takes to change course. That’s simply unavoidable.

What matters most through this process is that we remain rational and handle things with measured judgment.

Some will dismiss this kind of thinking. But in life, one misstep can haunt you forever. And when that moment comes, all those cheering you on from the sidelines won’t be there to help you back up.

Learn to protect yourself in every way. Many things in this world simply cannot be judged right or wrong in an instant. The more uncertain the moment, the more you need to be calm, rational, and steady.

So before winter truly settles in, prepare thoroughly. Stock up double on everyday medicines, food, and household essentials. Keep your finances in a safe, stable position. These are practical matters — take them seriously.

Maintain your own composure as well. Don’t let emotions sweep you into hot-blooded fervor, and don’t let certain people drag you into cold-hearted bitterness. Neither extreme serves you.

Because when all of this passes, you’ll find that what truly endures is a harmonious family, a stable livelihood, and a simple, grounded life.

If you can, use this time well — read a few books, develop a real skill, strengthen your body. These are all worthy goals.

Don’t stir up trouble. Don’t chase fantasies. Don’t be tempted by any project that looks too good to be true. Learn to earn money steadily and honestly.

This is no longer the age of gambling — it’s the age of accumulation. Recklessness is no longer a virtue. Composure is.

On the grand scale, hold steady. Preserve your opportunities, your energy, your financial resources, and your relationships. All of it is preparation for what lies ahead.

Most importantly — take care of yourself. For your own sake, and for the sake of those who truly love you.

Winter always passes. Spring will come — that is certain.

And this winter will pass soon enough.
